How tracking works

Pending

Your order is placed but the payment hasn't gone through yet. If you abandoned checkout, your bag is still saved.

Paid

Payment confirmed. We have your order and the email receipt is on its way. Your delivery address is locked in from the payment page.

Shipped

Your parcel is on its way — if a tracking number was added, it appears here and in your shipping email.

Delivered

The journey ends. Wear it often.

Orders are looked up by the exact order number (it starts GC- and looks like GC-1A2B3C4D) and the email address used at checkout. Guests can track orders the same way as signed-in customers.
